Holy Trinity Church (HTC) is affiliated to the Diocese of Marathwada, Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
Which comes under the Church of North India (CNI) Synod, New Delhi.

Holy Trinity Church Aurangabad is the only other English Church in the Diocese, the other English
Church is Christ Church Bhusawal, Jalgaon District.
